A Totally Reasonable Refund Request
My friend is having trouble with a bra she purchased recently, so she goes into the shop to talk to an employee.
Friend: “I need my bra replaced.”
Employee: “We can do an exchange if it hasn’t been worn. Do you have it with you?”
Friend: “I’m wearing it. The wire popped out and stabbed me.”
Employee: “I’m sorry, we won’t be able to exchange it for you. I’m sorry it ‘stabbed’ you, but once it’s been worn, you can’t bring it back.”
Friend: “Literally stabbed. Would you like to see the blood?”
The employee had to call a manager, but my friend did get a new bra, free of charge.
