No “Body” Will Believe That!

I work for a call center that is a hub for a number of companies, including a well-known personal care product company.

Caller: “I need to find out some information on this shampoo I got.”

Me: “Yes, ma’am, I can help you with that. Can you tell me more?”

Caller: “It says that it’s a shampoo and a body wash. What does that mean?”

Me: “Um… it means you can use it on your hair or on your body.”

Caller: “How is that possible? It can’t be both.”

Me: “…”

Caller: *Getting upset* “Never mind. I am just going to return it!”

Me: “Okay. Have a nice day.”
