I have a customer return a computer I sold her a few days ago. She’s very rude about it and complains a lot.

Customer: “You sold me a laptop that’s broken! It won’t even open!”

Me: “What do you mean?”

She took out the laptop and set it on the table. The reason the laptop wouldn’t open, however, is that she was angrily trying to open it from the wrong side. I proceeded to simply turn the laptop around, open it, and push it back to her.

She left the store without saying another word to me.
