(I am in line to pick up an order, and the woman in front of me is trying to pay with a $50 bill.)
Cashier: “I’m sorry, ma’am. We can’t accept bills larger than $20 for online orders.”
Customer: “Why not? Money is money, and here, look, I’m giving you mine!”
Cashier: “It’s against our policy, ma’am. Do you have any smaller bills or perhaps a card?”
Customer: “Well, can you just give me change for this $50 and then I can use that to pay you?”
Me: *face-palm*
