If At First You Get Caught, Ghost And Scam Again
I work for a trading card company. A customer claimed that their $2,000 order never got delivered. However, the shipping company had requested the customer’s signature and taken a picture of he delivery, so we had evidence.
When I emailed the customer to let them know, they ghosted me and tried starting a charge-back claim for “damaged items”.
They lost the charge-back when I showed the evidence.
