I go into to see a gyn/ob specialist, as I finally get tired of not dealing with abdominal cramps and no periods (10 years at this point). Why she’s amazed after the eventual surgery she does is beyond me: there was over 7 pounds of cysts in my uterus. There’s been some comments made about how I’d dealt with the pain of their growth for so long, but it all came down to: no medical professional I’d tried dealing with until her refused to believe me about the pain.
