Was She Expecting Kimchi?!

I worked at a locally owned Italian restaurant.

Old Lady: “Get me a pastrami sandwich.”

I brought it out. She came back a few minutes later.

Old Lady: “I don’t like it.”

Me: “What is wrong with it?”

Old Lady: “It’s just so… Italian.”

Me: “Oh.” 

I had to just go into the back to stop myself from saying, “What the f*** were you expecting?”
