Is This Illegal? It Feels Like This Should Be Illegal.

I work on an ambulance. Many times, we’ve been working on a patient in the street when someone approaches us and demands:

Person: “Move your ambulance! I want to drive by!”

I had one person be so bold as to get into the driver’s seat and try and move the ambulance while we were working on a patient in the back!
