Customer: How do we get into the rest of the mall?
Me: There’s isn’t an indoor mall anymore, it’s just a strip mall now.
Customer: Yeah, but there used to be a mall.
Me: I know, it’s all outside now; all the stores have their own entrances. What store are you looking for?
Customer: I don’t understand, there used to be a mall in here.
Me: Yeah, it’s been a strip mall for about three years, what store were you looking for?
Customer: What happened to the entrance at the back?
Me: There are stores there now, but you have to go around because they all have their own entrances. What store are you looking for?
Customer: I don’t understand! It used to be a mall, and there was a Mr. Sub!
Me: Hmm, there was never a Mr Sub in the mall, at least within the last ten years. There’s one downtown…?
Customer: Okay, thanks!
