Unfiltered Story #250169
I work at a fast-food place, and we have plenty of regulars who work in nearby shops. I understand they have pretty rough days (we are in the heart of the touristy area), so I try not to be too bothered if they aren’t as polite as they could be. One day I have two regulars in line. The first is sometimes really nice and sometimes pretty short with me. Today is one of the bad days. After paying and grabbing her food without a single thank you, the second customer sort of just stares out the window as the first customer walks away.
Me:*After a few moments* What can I get you today?
Customer:*Still staring out* That lady needs Jesus.
Me: *I’m an atheist but I can’t help but laugh* You know, I can’t see that hurting at this point.
Question of the Week
