One of our customers is not happy that we couldn’t open an account for her. I’m trying to explain why we declined her. She starts to insult me and begins dropping F bombs.

In our office, we have to ask for the customer to stop cursing before disconnecting the call, leading to the following exchange.

Me: “Please, can you keep this conversation more professional?”

Caller: s *screaming* “I am being professional, you F-ing moron!”

Me: *click*
