I work in customer service for an online company that sells customized photo products. I occasionally do online chat customer service. I frequently answer some of the dumbest questions. We regularly give out discount coupons to first time and regular customers. This is one of my chats from a customer. This one blew my mind.
“Do I still get to use the discount sent to me by email that I don’t get on my phone?”
