A co-worker of mine was working the drive through when a customer asked this question about one of our products.
Customer: “I have a question about your cheddar butterburger?”
Co-worker: “Yes?”
Customer: “Is that like a cheeseburger?”
Co-worker, not sure how to answer: “It’s…made with cheddar…”
Customer: “But is it like a cheeseburger?”
Co-worker: “…”
It’s called a cheddar butterBURGER.
No ma’am. It’s a turkey sandwich…
