I own a small software company. Several years ago, we had a phone call from an extremely angry customer complaining that our medical billing software would not print an insurance claim. Knowing that there are a couple of things that could cause a claim to not print (e.g. not selecting the medical procedures to print), our support rep. asked her to describe the process she used. She told him that she took a blank claim form, held it up to the screen and pressed the Print Screen (PrtSc) button on the keyboard but nothing printed! Our support rep was speechless for several moments while trying not to laugh. He then trued to explain the process but the customer just hung up on him.
