Unfiltered Story #192233

(This happens way more often than you may think. Customers who are waiting for their flight to arrive come into our Cafe and start looking around. We have a small amount of gifts for purchase so I assume they are looking at those. Now we don’t have a menu board, but we keep copies of our menus on all of our tables and one on the counter. After moments of looking lost the customer comes up to the counter. I greet them politely and they lean not only onto the counter put on top of the menu too.)

Customer: “Hi. Do you guys, like…sell food here?”
