Losing The Username Blame Game
A caller immediately asks for a supervisor.
Me: “Can you please explain your problem, so I know who best to direct you to?”
Caller: “No.”
At our job, we MUST have the account verified and a reason before transferring to a supervisor, so after much arguing and coaxing, I finally get the account up. I ask why she needs to speak to a supervisor.
Caller: “The username I want to register on the account management website has already been taken. I want you people to call whoever is using it and make them choose a different username.”
The username was “TinkerBella.”
