I work in a game store, and we get a lot of people who want to pay pre-owned prices but expect mint condition. A guy comes in ten minutes for close with literally thirty games.
Customer: “I ordered these online, but I want to return them. They don’t have the original cover art!”
The games were all over ten years old.
