Email: “Dear [Coworker],
Thanks for being a jerk.
Sincerely,
[Office Supply Rep].”
Coworker: “What did I do?”
(An hour or so later…)
Email: “I apologize if you recently received an email from me. This was an internal error. The problem has been resolved.”
