Bear-ly Bear-able

(We’re rehearsing a large crowd scene. Most of the characters involved are animals, and the director is talking to one of the bears.)

Director: “I know it feels awkward, but I want to see you use more bear mannerisms. It will make the whole scene look more believable. Just go for it, and I’ll tell you if you’re overdoing it.”

Male Lead: “Yeah, she’ll tell you if it’s too over-BEAR-ing!” *everyone groans* “Just give me a chance and BEAR with me.”
