Unfiltered Story #296130

I was taking orders and cashing out customers coming through the drive through when three older people walk up, two women and a man. One of the women walk up to me and says,

“We tried ordering inside but we couldnt!” (Our lobby is closed due to covid)

I say im sorry then she continues;

“Can you take our order here?

“No ma’am im sorry i cant take your oder here unless you have a car.”

“If i move my car im going to lose my spot!”(she was staying at a hotel nearby)

“Do you have our app?”

“Of course not!” She looks disgusted and i tell her if she gets it and orders there we can bring them out food. She gets more angry at that.

“Whats the number for corporate? I want to report you all for not serving us.”

I hand them a card to call someone and it has my name, her asking what my name is and me telling her its on the card then her and her gang leaving. (Now im waiting for the response)
