(so this occurs all virtually. We are about 6 people in a voice chat playing an RPG. One party member has fallen unconscious in the middle of battle due to damage, and it is up to us to guarantee his survival)

ME: why did the cleric have to die…

DM: what?

ME: too bad the cleric is down, he is the only one with heals

Party member #1: i have-i have a sword of heal! But its not like a instaheal.

Me+Party member #2: a sword of heal?!

party member #2: so you stab me, to heal me?

party member #1: i have berries that heal

ME: that is not a sword!

(turns out party member #1 was talking about a spell that gives you magical berries that heal 1 hp each. We all misunderstood sort of heal for sword of heal
