I get a call from the memory care supervisor, about a visitor who just went down there 15 minutes before.

Supervisor: Hey [My Name]. It’s [Supervisor].
Me: Hey [Supervisor]. What’s up?
Supervisor: You know that blood draw nurse that just came down?
Me: Yeah?
Supervisor: I’m gonna need her back down here. She drew blood from the wrong person.
Me: *pause* Oh good lord…I will tell her. *headdesk*

What the actual f*** is wrong with some people?! If she didn’t know who was who, she could have asked any of the three staff who were down there if the resident couldn’t vocalize her own name! Now she’s going to be in deep s*** for being a lazy moron!
