When we first opened, we didn’t have signage so the layout of the shop can be confusing and it was understandable that some people got confused about where to order. We decided to get a sign after a month that says where to order. Most days I’m on register, so I deal with the customers and their comments. At least ten times a day I hear variations of the same thing.
Customer: “Oh, is this where we order?”
All while I resist the urge to point at the sign above my head
