(On one of the worst nights of my life, I was robbed at gunpoint while cashiering. Immediately after he takes off, and after the police arrive I deal with two of the stupidest and awful customers)
Right after the man who put a gun in my face has left with the money
Customer – Can I buy these here?
-with tears running down my face-
Me- I’m sorry, I don’t have money in my drawer, we just got robbed.
Customer – ugh, I’ll just go somewhere else.

The police are called by a customer who witnesses the robbery. Five, seriously FIVE police cars, show up and with all the lights still flashing they are processing and talking to us. As I am giving my statement to an officer, a customer pulls into the parking lot, passes a few police cars, and sees me and begins to yell
Customer- Excuse me! EXCUSE ME!! HEY, EXCUSE ME!
I have to tell the officer to wait a moment.
Me- Yes ma’am?
Customer – Are you closed?
Me- ….yes, we are closed-
Customer – Oh, okay.

If you saw five police cars in the parking lot, would you continue with your plans, or wait?
