My sister and I were working the graveyard shift at Arby’s. This happens around 3pm.

A customer pulls into our drive through blowing cigarette smoke into my face, and orders a (common specialty sandwich) he then proceeds to ask why I charged him so much, as he knew that other stores sold them at 2 for 6$. A promotion we hadn’t run in six months….

After giving him his food we end up with 8 larger orders in 10 minutes. Just the two of us in the store.
My sister is the manager on duty and has to stop working to answer the phone. This man insists that a long blonde hair was in the sandwich and his wife choked on it.
My sister and I have dark brown, near buzz cut hair…
