Unfiltered Story #195860

, | Unfiltered | June 4, 2020

I work in a locally owned resale shop. We open at the same time every day during the week, the hours right on the one and only entrance. I usually come in a decent amount of time before opening to count the cash drawer and straighten up the store. One afternoon before opening, I’m counting the cash drawer when I hear a knock on the door and, assuming it’s my boss wanting to drop off supplies, I get up to let her in. I’m surprised to see a random woman standing there. Confused, I unlock the door and push it open a bit to see what she wanted. The door had just been locked, everything turned off, the sign turned to closed, she asks; “Are you open?”

Question of the Week

Have you ever served a bad customer who got what they deserved?

I have a story to share!
