(I am in the grocery check out line with my seven-year-old daughter who is very literal minded. I spot my favorite candy bar on the bottom of the rack.)
Me: “[Daughter], would you get me that candy bar?”
Daughter: *starts counting as she takes several bars* “One, two, three…”
Me: *interrupting* “No, sweetie, I only want one.”
Daughter: “But it says ‘Take 5.’”
