(We are talking about forces in physics. The teacher draws a cat on a rug as a diagram for one problem. Our class tends to get off-topic.)
Student #1: “We should get a cat. Like, for this classroom.”
Student #2: “Yeah! And then we could do experiments with it. Like, drop it off a building to see if it lands on its feet.”
Me: “That cat’s going to need more than nine lives to be in our class.”
