Unfiltered Story #57218

Unfiltered | June 30, 2017

I need to drop off a proscription. Note, I am already a customer and I am already in the system. There is just me and one woman in front of me. The worker is typing information from this ladies two proscriptions into a computer. Tap, tap tap…. tap tap tap. Five minutes go by, tap tap tap tap.

Finally she gets done and has to tell the woman that the prescriptions for her pain killers can not be filled until after the weekend. I hand the worker my slip. She asks for and writes down my date of birth and ask if I want them today or tomorrow. All this takes 30 seconds. Why couldn’t the worker took 30 seconds away from the other woman who wasn’t going to get her meds immediately anyway.
