Unfiltered Story #234064
I work the drive thru at a small bank. We have tubes to send your things in and cameras with microphones. I can see and hear the customer and they can see and hear me. This interaction happens a lot more than I would like it to.
Me- “Hello! How can I help you today?”
Them- “I sent a check in.”
(This instantly irritates me. So I usually try and rattle off as many things as I can)
Me- “Okay would you like to cash, deposit, pay towards a loan, pay a bill…” Etc.
By this point the customer usually interrupts by yelling “CASH”
Sorry I can’t read your mind, people.
