Customer: e cause me Can I take this (item) outside to show someone in the car? I just want to make sure it’s the right one.
Me: I’m sorry unfortunately you can’t take item outside the store.
Customer:( getting irritated) but it’s right there and I’ll be right back.
Me: I’m sorry you can’t take item outside the store.
Customer: BUT ILL BRING IT ROGHT BACK
At this point she’s yelling so the security guard casually walks over. He’s behind her so she doesn’t notice him.)
Me: I’m sorry you still can’t take items outside the store without paying for them. You could take a picture and show them.
Customer: man I don’t feel like doing all that when I could take it out side and bring it back
Me:I’m sorry
Customer:well I could just take it.(she kinda moves toward the door)
Me: that would be stealing so…
Customer: I AINT STEALING IT I JUST WANT TO SHOW IT TO SOMEONE IN THE CAR!
she can tell I’m not going to change my mind so she turns to just walk out the store. But as soon as she turns around she sees the security guard blocking the door.
Customer: d**** FINE! forget it!
She glares at me and walks out.
Me
