Unfiltered Story #179107

Today, a customer complained to my boss that I was sexually harassing her husband. According to her, I was flirting with him and touching him in a way that made him uncomfortable, and “using my sexuality” to get sales.
Our actual interaction was me telling him he looked familiar, and that the cast iron sample would be available to try in a few minutes. I walked away after his wife continually made it obvious that she did not like me talking to him.
Luckily, my boss knows me well enough to know that I would not hit on a 40 year old customer. I do like touching/being touched by strangers, and I have been in a committed relationship since before I graduated high school 4 years ago.
I wonder how many write-ups she’s caused with her insecurity and blatant lies.
