Wow, This Customer Is Astute!

A customer comes in twenty minutes before closing, but has ended up staying thirty minutes AFTER we closed. As she’s checking out she then changes her mind on half her cart. When it’s finally time to pay and I give her the total, only THEN does she decide it’s time to download a coupon. And then she stops and looks at me.

Customer: “You look annoyed…”
