The Lack Of Insulting Is Insulting

(My brother and I are in our 50s. He posted a video on Facebook about a presidential candidate and added, “I am posting this for information only. I do not wish to start an insult slinging contest.”)

Me: “You have just pushed my big sister buttons.”

Brother: “Hey, sis, have you watched the video yet?”

Me: “No, but you’re ugly, and your mother dresses you funny. Boy, I feel better now that I’ve gotten that off my chest.”

Brother: “Oh, yeah? Well… well… your kids’ mother wears combat boots!”

Me: “Only if they’re orthopedic.”
