Not Kidding About Processed Foods

(We’re watching a documentary on genetically modified food in health, and one of the people in the film is trying to point out the evils of eating processed foods.)

Video: “You have no idea what’s in your food now! There’s no way to tell how much you’re harming yourself… or your kids!”

(The video shows a man grabbing unhealthy looking food of a shelf in a store and putting it in his shopping cart without checking the labels. We’re all pretty subdued at the depressing truth about what we’re eating, but one of my friends looks particularly worried.)

Friend: “Wait— I have kids?!”
