Customer: “You need to remove this product!”
Me: “Why?”
Customer: “It’s from Germany!”
Me: “Why does that mean we need to remove it?”
Customer: “My husband was German, and we divorced years ago so I want it off the shelf! I don’t want it to remind me of what I went through!”
I mean that’s tough, but then she would also bring it up every time she would come in. She ALWAYS talked about her divorce.
