A Light Sleeper

(My partner and I are about to go to sleep in my bed. The alarm is on the side he sleeps on, and the light switch is on my side.)

Me: “Would you turn my alarm on for me? The time’s already set, just turn it to auto.”

(I reach up and switch off the light.)

Partner: “Honey, I can’t see to turn the alarm on with the lights out… Honey?”

Me: *snore*

(I do not remember it at all, but he said he had to get up, walk around the bed, and turn the lights on to get to the alarm.)
