A Hint Of A Hint

(I am on a second date with a guy who seems really interested, but hasn’t made a move yet. We end up at his apartment after dinner, but are sitting on totally opposite ends of his bed and talking. Both of us are obviously a little preoccupied.)

Guy: “Yeah, totally…” *trails off*

(There is an awkward silence in which we stare at each other, but nothing happens.)

Guy: “Sorry, I’m kinda nervous.”

(I finally decide to sit down right next to him and lean in. He gets the hint, and we kiss.)

Guy: “Oh, my god, thank you! Girls NEVER do that… it was so much easier!”

Me: *leaning in again* “No problem.”
