A New Spin On A Dog-Day Afternoon

| Friendly | June 23, 2015

(Because we live in a slightly conservative place, my boyfriend and I don’t openly express our relationship, since we are both young men. However, we don’t exactly conceal it, either. We have been at a dog park with our fur babies, and have talked extensively to the other people there. As we are leaving, we are joking with each other, jumping on each other, teasing, etc. Also to note: we look absolutely nothing alike. He is blond/blue eyed whereas I am brunet with brown eyes.)

Boyfriend: “What’s for lunch? I’m starving.”

Me: “I don’t know. What do you want me to make for us?”

Boyfriend: “I don’t care. Just make me something!”

(He jumps into my back as we are trying to get the dogs out of the gate. He then rushes off to the car to let our off leash dogs in. A woman in the park comes over)

Woman: *laughing* “Aren’t brothers a pain? You two are such good brothers!”

(Sadly, this is not the first or only time we have been mistaken for brothers instead of partners.)

Question of the Week

Have you ever served a bad customer who got what they deserved?

I have a story to share!
