One of my neighbours is complaining to our managing agent that:-

“The rain water hits directly on to the window, the bedroom window, that’s why the noise comes, and when it is windy it is really heavy noise, unable to sleep. This keeps happening regularly, as we are facing change of weather conditions. More strong wind with the rain.

You need to install something above the window to stop this from happening. It is your choice if you wish to install on both the windows, but the problem is only with the bedroom window!”

It is likely the agent will tell the tenant to Foxtrot Oscar.
