Unfiltered Story #326682

I’m out doing errands with my husband. We’re trying to hurry, because it is a weekend when local elections are being held and I want to finish before everything closes.

Me: I hope the post office is still open when we get there.
Husband: [My Name], it’s 2 in the afternoon! They won’t close at 2!
Me: Okay, okay.

We arrive and just outside the post office is a little sign which literally says: “We will close today at 2pm.”

It’ll be a while before I let him live that one down.
