Too Old To Be Carded

(Every year around Christmas, my aunt sends my mom and grandmother Christmas cards featuring pictures of my cousin. My mom and I are looking at the most recent one that she’s sent.)

Me: “I think [Cousin] is getting too old for [Aunt] to still be doing this. I mean look at him here. He’s got a five o’clock shadow and he’s wearing a fraternity sweater!”

Mom: *laughs* “Your granny was saying the same thing earlier today!”
