Forgetting Wonderful Memories Together

| Romantic | December 15, 2014

(We live far up north. In colder parts of the world block heaters are installed in vehicles. These keep the engine warm when plugged in to ease with starting the car in sub-zero weather. It’s November and we still haven’t taken the plug from its summer storage place under the hood to hang out the side to plug the car in at night. My husband and I tend to be very forgetful.)

Me: “Don’t forget to pop the hood. We still need to get the plug out.”

Husband: “Remind me to do it when I do the antifreeze later.”

Me: “Later, so with our memories combined that means next week. Just in time for Christmas, a little after New Year’s.”

Husband: “When we celebrate Valentine’s Day, just before Canada Day.”

Me: “Then we’ll finally remember and say ‘why are we doing this in the summer! We’ll do it at the end of October!'”

(That was last week. As of typing this we still have forgotten to pull the plug out. I’ll go now!)

Question of the Week

Have you ever served a bad customer who got what they deserved?

I have a story to share!
