Class Participation Is Far From Dying
(My biology teacher has taught us how to play ‘The Death Game.’ When your group of three or four gets a certain amount of points, someone in the group ‘dies’ and has to sit down. My group is discussing the importance of food and water.)
Teammate #1: “Well, you can go longer without food than water, so put water down as most important and food as number two.”
Teammate #2: “When someone has to die, I think [Teammate #1] should die first.”
(We continue working for a few minutes.)
Me: *without thinking* “You know, if worst comes to worst we can always eat [Teammate #1]’s body for food…”
Teammate #2: Oh, my God, that’s brilliant!
