(Please note, this is the first day of class, the professor is holding out on doing attendance until the end, and I haven’t taken any classes with her before. Currently, she’s going through some semester assignments.)
Professor: *asks a question regarding current assignment*
Me: *answers*
Professor: “Yes, that’s exactly it [Me].”
Me: *mostly under breath* “How did she..?”
Professor: *apparently having heard me* “I’m sorry, what was that, [Me]?”
Me: “How did you get my name already?”
Professor: “NSA.”
