You’re Not Real If You Work With Customers
I’m a cocktail waitress chatting with a customer after I’ve brought him drinks.
Customer: “So, what do you do for work?”
Me: “This.”
Customer: “No, I mean your real job.”
Me: “This is my only job. I’m here four nights a week.”
Customer: “Well, if you don’t want to tell me, that’s fine!”
I still don’t know what kind of answer he expected.
