Your Texts Are So Dope

(While he is my best friend, he is male and we tend to sound like we’re dating, and have had people think it. He’s in the military, and is currently based in another state, so we text. This is usually halfway through the day, early morning, or around midnight, because I suffer from insomnia and it takes me forever to fall asleep.)

Friend: “Hey, thanks for sending me texts. I really look forward to them whenever I see that I got another one.”

Me: “No problem, and honestly, I look forward to yours as well! My one friend tells me I get this ‘doped up’ grin on my face whenever I’m reading one of your texts.”

Friend: “Same here! I guess this means I should text you more, to give you reasons to keep coming back!”

Me: “Wait, are you saying that you want me hooked, with no chance of getting clean?!”

Friend: “YES! GIVE IN TO THE URGE TO SMOKE THE DUBBEE THAT IS A DUBMEE! Mwahahahaha!”
