You Say Pepperoni And She Says Bologna!
Customer: “This pizza isn’t right. I asked for pepperoni and this is salami.”
Me: “Yes, ma’am, that’s pepperoni.”
Customer: “No, pepperoni is orange. Salami is red, so this is salami.”
Me: “Um… ma’am? Pepperoni is red.”
Customer: “You’re one of the rudest g**d***ed people ever. This is not pepperoni! I want pepperoni.”
Me: “Ma’am, I can go grab my manager for you; it’s pepperoni pizza.”
Customer: “Bulls***!”
Then, the lady proceeded to cry. Yes, she cried. My manager was away doing deliveries, so I had to make the lady taste the pizza. When she tasted that it was pepperoni, she flipped me off and left.
