You Just Daylight Saved Them
A customer comes in and is buying an analog clock.
Customer: “You guys think you’re smart with your daylight savings, forcing us to buy more clocks!”
Me: “What do you mean?”
Customer: “I already have this clock but since daylight savings, it’s an hour off so I have to get a new one!”
Me: “What’s stopping you from moving the clock forward an hour?”
Customer: “Wait… you can do that?”
This guy thought that you set your clock once and that was it, it couldn’t be changed again. I showed him how to set the clock back an hour and his mind was blown.
