You Can’t Make A Kleen Escape
Customer: “I can’t find a three-pack of Kleenex tissue with just purple boxes.”
Me: “We have these in white—”
Customer: “Why would I want three different colors?! My bathroom is purple! You should package them by color!”
Me: “Ma’am, we do not manufacture or package the Kleenex brand. We have no control over what colors are in a pack. You should contact Kleenex if you have a problem with this.”
No matter how many ways I said this, she kept going. Finally, I actually looked up the contact information for Kleenex and gave it to her.
